Healthy Slaw
This is the tastiest mayo free slaw.
Fresh and healthy, goes great with sticky ribs…
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1/4 of a full cabbage, I used savoy, shredded as finely as possible
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1 apple, peeled and grated
1 lemon
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 heap tsp. dijon mustard
Sea salt
Method:
Mix the cabbage, carrot, onion and apple in a bowl and mix well. I used my hands.
Add the juice of the lemon, the olive oil, mustard and season well with salt. Mix with your hands well, taste for seasoning and serve.
